Delivery and pickup
Every order is cooked the day it goes out. You pick the day at checkout, and it reaches you between 4 and 8 PM, any day of the week. Order by 8 PM for the next day.
- Greenpoint and Williamsburg: free, delivered by hand.
- Anywhere else in New York City: $15, delivered by Uber courier, packed cold with ice packs.
- Pickup: free at The Dupont in Greenpoint. Angelina texts you when it's ready.
- Someone needs to be home, or tell us a safe, shaded spot. Fresh food has to go in the fridge within two hours.
Our first-week promise
If your dog doesn't love their first week of RebelFood, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for the food in that first order. No forms, no arguing.
Refunds and cancelling
- Cancel any time before your batch is cooked for a full refund.
- Fresh food can't be returned once it's delivered. If something is wrong (a missing item, damage, a late or warm delivery), tell us the same day and we'll replace it or refund it.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days.
Storage and switching
- Keep RebelFood in the fridge and use it within 3 days of the cooked date on the label. Freeze the rest for up to 2 months and thaw it in the fridge.
- Switch over about a week, with a little more RebelFood in the bowl each day.
- If your dog has a health condition, allergies or a special diet, check with your vet before switching.
Privacy
- What we keep: your dog's name, weight and recipe, and the name, email, phone and delivery address you give at checkout.
- What we use it for: cooking, labelling and delivering your order, and contacting you about it. We never sell it or share it, except with the courier who brings your order.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Deleting it: write to us and we'll delete your details, apart from what we must keep for tax records.
Terms
- RebelFood is fresh, home-style dog food made by hand in small batches. Every ingredient is listed in our recipe book.
- It is food, not medicine, and it isn't meant to treat or prevent any condition.
- You pay the price shown at checkout. Prices may change for future orders; we'll tell you first.
- Payments are processed through Stripe by K&E Studios, which runs RebelFood's payments. Your card statement shows K&E STUDIOS* REBELFOOD.
